IP Lookup and Purity Check
bash <(curl -Ls https://sh.cd)About IP Lookup and Purity Check
This page automatically looks up your current public IP address ("what is my IP") and returns a full report: location (country / region / city), ISP and ASN, rDNS hostname, IP type, and a 0–100 purity score. On a VPN or proxy it also shows straight away whether that exit is flagged as a VPN or proxy, whether it is on blocklists, and whether DNS or WebRTC leaks. To check a different address, enter any IPv4, IPv6, domain or ASN in the search box above.

IP purity measures how much a given IP is trusted by platform risk-control systems — the higher the score, the cleaner the IP. CleanIP cross-checks 20+ independent data sources; geolocation alone is compared across 8 of them. When sources disagree, the page flags the confidence level and the likely reason instead of presenting a single deceptively certain answer.
Six checks for VPN and proxy users
- VPN detectionWhether this IP is flagged as a VPN exit, and which VPN provider it belongs to
- Proxy detectionWhether it is flagged as a proxy server, including residential proxies, Tor and privacy relays
- IP reputationAbuse reports, DNSBL and blocklist records, plus a 0–100 CleanIP Score
- Datacenter detectionDatacenter (IDC) / residential broadband / mobile network, with native vs broadcast IP
- ASN lookupISP, ASN number, network type and IP geolocation
- DNS / WebRTC leak testWhether your browser exposes your real network over DNS or WebRTC while on a VPN — one click to test
How is an IP lookup different from an IP purity check?
An IP lookup answers "where is this IP and who owns it" — location and ISP. A purity check goes further and answers "is this IP clean" — whether it is flagged as a proxy or datacenter, whether it appears on blocklists, and how platform risk systems are likely to treat it. This site gives you both at once.
How do I find out what my own IP address is?
You do not have to do anything — opening this page detects and displays your current outbound public IP automatically. If you have both IPv4 and IPv6, the page offers a switch to view the address of the other protocol family.
