The service

CleanIP provides IP purity, geolocation, network ownership and risk intelligence lookups, combined from multiple data sources.
Results are for reference only, may be delayed or inaccurate, and should not be your only basis for decisions.
Some features (IP monitoring, lookup history, API keys) require an account. Your limits are shown on your account page.

You can sign in with an email code or a Google, Apple, X or GitHub account. Third-party accounts are used only to confirm who you are.
Keep your sign-in methods and API keys safe. Actions taken through your account are treated as yours.
Users sharing a network may register separate accounts. Each email address is associated with one account; disposable email addresses are not accepted for new accounts. You can delete your account at any time under Settings; deletion permanently removes the related data.

Do not bypass access limits to bulk-scrape, run automated scans, register multiple accounts to stack quotas, or resell lookup data.
Do not use the service for illegal activity, attacking other networks or infringing on others' rights.
Do not interfere with the service or register accounts using someone else's identity.
Accounts and API keys that break these rules may be limited or disabled.

Each account can look up a limited number of distinct IPs per day; repeat lookups of an IP already checked that day are free. Accounts on the same source network share this limit. It resets at midnight Beijing time.
Never expose an API key in public code or web pages. If a key leaks, delete it on your account page and create a new one.
We may adjust quotas based on service load; changes are reflected on your account page.

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that data is fully accurate, complete or timely.
We are not liable for indirect losses arising from using or being unable to use the service.

We may update these terms and will change the last updated date on this page when we do.
Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
